Beyonce performed at the White House's second State Dinner last night in Washington D.C.
I love her gorgeous sequined Ralph & Russo high- split swarovski encrusted dress but it was a "Mariah Carey" moment. It was way too tight on her. If she could had gone up one size, she wouldn't look like she was popping out of the dress.
I am also not crazy about her new platinum blond hair. It just makes her look cheap but you know I still love my Beyonce.
